RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer pancakes with cheese and zucchini:

Mix the eggs until they become frothy, then add the oil, yogurt, grated zucchini, but not drained, and the shredded cheeses.

Gradually add the flour sifted with baking powder, aiming to get a slightly thicker composition than the classic pancakes.

Add the spices and greens, mix everything and leave to rest for 15-20 minutes.

Grease the pan with a little oil, heat it and pour a polish from the composition, tilting the pan to arrange the composition evenly.

Brown the pancakes on both sides over medium heat, turning them with a spatula.

Serve them with various salads or cream cheese.

Mix the cottage cheese so that there are no large pieces left to be seen in the composition of the pancake.
